Sehr geehrte Frau Bundesministerin:

  I wrote you on November 5, 1998 that I represented all of the heirs of Ferdinand Bloch-Bauer. Since that time, one of my clients, Dr. Nelly Auersperg geb. Gutmann, daughter of Luise Gattin (formerly Gutmann) geb. Bloch-Bauer of Vancouver, Canada, has informed me that she would like to represent herself in this matter.  Dr. Auersperg holds a 25% interest in the estate of Ferdinand Bloch-Bauer (50% of her mother's 50% share). Her address is as follows:
