Dear Dr. Wran:

 Attached is a supplemental opinion by Dr. Andreas Lintl discussing Dr. Kremser's argument based on ABGB § 662.  As you can see, there is no legal basis for concluding that Adele Bloch-Bauer's will legally obligated her husband or his heirs to donate the Klimt paintings to the Österreichische Galerie.
